Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Segarborneo.com?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email address and phone number can only be associated with one Segarborneo account.
Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Segarborneo account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Segarborneo.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, store credit as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
How do I do If Forgot Password?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
- Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

What are credit notes & where can I see my credit notes?
Credit notes reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your Segarborneo account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in "My Account" under ‘store credit’ details.
What is My Shopping List?
My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Segarborneo.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in the future.
How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR)
How long does the delivery usually takes?
